How do I make sure no one uses my app?
By logging out of your app each time, this ensures that no one will be able to use your app. Rest assured that no one can send a certificate thru your app unless they know your secure 4-digit pin. As it asks you to provide that pin at the end before lodgement.
How do I change my pin?
Go to the accounts page and select Change my PIN Code, this allow you to insert your original PIN and then to select a new PIN number.

When you go to lodge a certificate and you are not in mobile reception, the app will safely store the information and place in in the “Pending Upload” folder on your home page. When you get back into reception, it’s a simple task to select the Certificate and send! It’s that easy!
How do I tell the difference between a “Testing & Compliance” and a “Testing & Safety” Certificate?
When in the Test Results section, select the “?” button. This will open an explanation of the certificate you selected.
How do I know this can replace a written Certificate of Compliance?
We have been approved by the Electrical Safety Office as a Certificate of Compliance. If you wish you can ring and check with them on 1-300- 362-128

Before Re-Installing the app:
Make sure that all certificates are sent and drafts are completed. By re-installing the app it will delete all previous Drafts and Pending Uploads on the app. If there is an upgrade, ALL information will still be available. It is only on a Re-Install that you will lose that info.
I never get a billing reminders or information from QuickSafety?
Ensure that your email address is correct in your account section of your app. If this is wrong, please change it, as all communications go directly there.
