If you forget your password, just select “Forgot your PIN code from the login, from there you will enter in your email that will match your original email that you signed up with. We will send a new password to you via that email.

By logging out of your app each time, this ensures that no one will be able to use your app. Rest assured that no one can send a certificate thru your app unless they know your secure 4-digit pin. As it asks you to provide that pin at the end before lodgement.
Go to the accounts page and select Change my PIN Code, this allow you to insert your original PIN and then to select a new PIN number.
Sign into your web portal, select your Profile, and enter in the correct information followed by your portal password. This will now be stored as the current information for your name or business.

When you go to lodge a certificate and you are not in mobile reception, the app will safely store the information and place in in the “Pending Upload” folder on your home page. When you get back into reception, it’s a simple task to select the Certificate and send! It’s that easy!
When in the Test Results section, select the “?” button. This will open an explanation of the certificate you selected.
We have been approved by the Electrical Safety Office as a replacement for Certificates of Compliance. If you wish you can ring and check with them on 1-300- 362-128

Registration/Accounts
Make sure that all certificates are sent and drafts are completed. By re-installing the app it will delete all previous Drafts and Pending Uploads on the app. If there is an upgrade, ALL information will still be available. It is only on a Re-Install that you will lose that info.
Ensure that your email address is correct in your profile section of your web portal. If this is wrong, please change it, as all communications go directly there.
