The 14 day free trial agreement governs the manner in which QuickSafety Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”) allows free and complete access for a 14 day period, in order to evaluate QuickSafety’s benefits for its users (each, a “User”) of the www.quicksafety.com.au website (“Site”).

14 Day Free Trial

Once a user has entered their credit card details on the site, activation of your account is complete and the user can use the site in it’s entirety. This 14 Day Free Trial period covers the user for all transactions occurred within the 14 day period from sign up. It does not cover the $10 monthly SaaS Fee.

If the user decides to cease use of the site, they must inform us within 7 days.

If the user terminates within the 14 days from sign up, or has no further test information outside the 14 days from sign up, then they will not be liable for any further payments.

If the user uses the site past 14 days from sign up, they will be liable for payment of all circuits tested from the end date of the trial period, including monthly SaaS Fees, to the date of termination.

Access to data during 14 Day Free Trial

The user has access to all data and can download the data from the site at any time prior to the completion of the 14 day free trial, or the users termination of the site.

Cancelling your account and then re-activating your account later

If an account was cancelled at any time, even during the 14 day free trial, all the previous stored data of the account will not be accessible. If the user wishes to start the account again at some time in the future, they will do so with no historical data available.

Changes to this 14 day free trial agreement

QuickSafety Pty Ltd has the discretion to update this 14 day free trial agreement at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are allow free access to the site for evaluation. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this 14 day free trial agreement periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site or mobile platforms and by accepting the Terms and Conditions of using this Site or the mobile platform, you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, please do not use our Site or mobile platforms. Your continued use of the Site or mobile platforms following the posting of changes to this agreement will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
