Pricing Agreement

The pricing agreement governs the manner in which QuickSafety Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”) charges for our services to its users (each, a “User”) of the www.quicksafety.com.au website (“Site”) or mobile platforms.

Pricing (Electricians)

FREE – Users can use the mobile platforms for no cost. Users will have access to their own web portal that will allow them to add or delete contractors or companies they may work for as well as to amend their own profile data.

Cancelling your subscriptions

The user can cancel their registrations at anytime with a 14 day notice given to admin@quicksafety.com.au

The user will have access to their profile information, up to the point of termination of our services.

Pricing (Contractors, Commercial, Industrial and Government)

$10 Per Month SaaS Fee will be charged in advance for the coming month. This monthly fee is refunded once your monthly balance goes over $100, excluding GST.

$1.00 (AUD) (ex-GST) will be charged for every submitted test circuit placed through the site.

         $0.60 (AUD) (ex-GST) will be charged for every submitted RCD test placed through the site.

Starting enrollment of Monthly SaaS Fee

Once a user submits credit card details, that date is your enrollment date. The SaaS Fee of $10 is made to your account.

The initial Monthly SaaS Fee will not be refunded, even if termination occurs within the 14 day free trial period.

              The Monthly SaaS Fee will be refunded every month that the account goes over $100, excluding GST.

Starting enrollment of pay-per-use

Once a user submits credit card details, that date is your enrollment date.

Once you go past your 14 day free trial, all submitted test circuits attract a charge of $1.00 (AUD) (ex-GST) and all submitted RCD tests attract a charge of $0.60 (AUD) (ex-GST)

Charges to your account

At the end of the month, all submitted test circuits and RCD tests are calculated for that calendar month and an invoice created.

On the 1st day of the month and invoice is generated and in your portal, detailing the number of circuits charged to your account.

You have 7 days to reject the invoice, if you feel it is incorrect. This must be done by contacting admin@quicksafety.com.au explaining exactly what you are disputing.

On the 7th day, your card is debited for the invoiced amount.

Rejected Credit Cards

On the 7th day of the month, if a credit card is rejected – the user will be notified and will have 7 days to rectify.

If credit card is not rectified, closure of the account occurs on the 15th and all data is removed from the site.

Cancelling your enrollment

The user can cancel their enrollment at anytime with a 14 day notice given to admin@quicksafety.com.au

A final invoice will be generated for submitted test circuits, able to be reviewed by the user, and the credit card deducted for the final amount owing.

The user will have access to download all their data, up to the point of termination of our services.

 

All Users

Changes to this pricing agreement

QuickSafety Pty Ltd has the discretion to update the pricing agreement at any time. When we do, we will advise all users in writing 30 days before.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site or mobile platforms and by accepting the Terms and Conditions of using this Site or the mobile platform, you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, please do not use our Site or mobile platforms. Your continued use of the Site or mobile platforms following the posting of changes to this agreement will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
